At **RV Hotels**, a hotel chain present in some of the main beach and mountain destinations in Catalonia and Menorca, we are seeking a professional who is approachable, organized, and customer-oriented, with strong leadership skills to lead teams and ensure a high-quality gastronomic experience within a unique mountain, nature, and golf environment. We are currently looking to hire a **Maître** for our **Hotel Tuca in Vielha**, located in the heart of the **Val d’Aran**. **Responsibilities** * Plan, organize, and supervise daily restaurant operations. * Coordinate and motivate the front-of-house team, scheduling shifts and assigning tasks. * Ensure compliance with service and quality standards. * Supervise customer service and resolve any incidents that may arise. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and APPCC regulations. * Supervise inventories, monitor stock levels, and manage area-related orders. * Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to guarantee seamless service. * Participate in the selection, training, and development of the team, including products, protocols, and service standards. **Requirements** * Minimum education: Medium or Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Hospitality and Tourism. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as Maître, Head of Service, or in other responsible roles within the restaurant industry—preferably in a hotel setting. * Experience in buffet-style services and hotel catering, with knowledge of gastronomy, front-of-house operations, wines, and beverages. * Knowledge of and experience applying APPCC regulations. * Advanced level of Spanish. Catalan and other languages—especially French—will be highly valued. * Willingness to reside in or relocate to Vielha. * Leadership, organizational, communication, customer orientation, and incident resolution competencies. **What do we offer?** * Initial fixed-term discontinuous contract, with potential conversion to an indefinite contract. * Full-time position. * Expected start date: November 2026. * Accommodation may be available. * Opportunity to join a professional and dynamic team. * The chance to assume a position of responsibility within an established hotel.
