We seek professionals who wish to **grow, innovate, and become part of a team where excellence is part of everyday practice.** **Join our team** **Position:** Housekeeping Manager **Location:** Barcelona **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and evaluate staff members within the team under your responsibility. * Plan and ensure both onboarding training for new staff and continuous training for the existing team. * Organize and adjust daily service capacity to guarantee smooth operations. * Monitor and assess tasks carried out. * Plan and achieve specific service goals and performance indicators. * Plan and manage the service budget: cleaning supplies, tools, equipment, etc. * Establish cleaning procedures and protocols per area, based on requirements. * Ensure effective internal communication between clinical and non-clinical units. * Update service procedures and records. * Contribute to environmental improvement at the facility, complying with environmental legislation. * Manage hospital waste. * Promote and disseminate the center’s patient safety and infection prevention policies.
