Job Summary: We are seeking a technical professional to draft civil engineering projects in the Upper Pyrenees, with interest in environmental conservation and the cooperative model. Interest in environmental conservation and the cooperative model We seek to incorporate into our team a technical professional capable of drafting civil engineering projects in the Upper Pyrenees (report, drawings, and budget); experience in construction management will be valued. This is currently a 6-month contract; however, we would like to consolidate this position within the cooperative by incorporating an additional member as a partner, enabling joint teamwork and project development. * Experience: 3 years. Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Public Works Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Forestry Engineering, Architecture, or other similar technical degrees. Experience in engineering projects. Sensitivity and interest in conserving the natural environment and understanding the territorial impact of projects. * DIPLOMA OR TECHNICAL ENGINEERING DEGREE * Competencies / Knowledge: TECHNICAL OR PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES: • Experience with AutoCAD, QGIS, and TCQ. • Management of civil works (retaining walls, pipelines, pavements, hydraulic infrastructure and water intakes, landscape interventions, municipal lighting projects, etc.). • Works related to hydraulic infrastructure. • Experience in hydrological/hydraulic projects (diagnosis, design, execution, etc.). TRANSVERSAL COMPETENCIES: • A person wishing to live in Pallars, preferably already residing there. • A person familiar with and/or interested in the cooperative model and the values of the Social and Solidarity Economy: participatory management, territorial anchoring, community ties. • Motivation and ability to work in a team. • Understanding of how assembly-based spaces function. • Ability to work proactively and autonomously. * Availability of personal vehicle * Driving license: B * Temporary employment contract (6 months) * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary ranging from '2000' to '2400' * Other relevant details: Start date: During April 2026. Workplace: Hybrid (semi-presential), Gerri de la Sal, Pallars Sobirà. Contract duration: 6 months (our intention is indefinite incorporation into the team). Working hours: 20–30 hours/week (flexible schedule and weekly workload to be agreed upon with the team). Salary for 30 hours/week: €2,000–2,400 gross (12 payments) plus professional association fees if applicable. Salary negotiable depending on experience and subject to review after 3 months.
