Sensitivity and interest in conserving the natural environment and understanding the territorial impact of projects. * DIPLOMA OR TECHNICAL ENGINEERING DEGREE * Competencies / Knowledge: TECHNICAL OR PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES: • Experience with AutoCAD, QGIS, and TCQ. • Management of civil works (retaining walls, pipelines, pavements, hydraulic infrastructure and water intakes, landscape interventions, municipal lighting projects, etc.). • Works related to hydraulic infrastructure. • Experience in hydrological/hydraulic projects (diagnosis, design, execution, etc.).
