Together, let's reinvent the world of work with next-generation HR tools.** The Country Manager is responsible for commercial development in the French market and for local operational robustness at SIGMA\-RH. They ensure strategic and operational coordination among French sales teams, Professional Services, and Headquarters, guaranteeing: * Controlled growth; * High-quality delivery; * Strict alignment with product and Group strategy. They act as the local conductor without creating a parallel center of power. The Country Manager reports directly to SIGMA\-RH Group’s General Management, serves as a member of the expanded Executive Committee, and participates in strategic decisions concerning the French market, local operational capacity, and local investments. **Positioning and Reporting Lines** * Direct hierarchical reporting to General Management. * Member of the expanded Executive Committee. * Matrix organization with Global Commercial, Professional Services, and Product leadership. **Scope of Responsibilities** **French Market Development** The Country Manager is responsible for revenue growth in France, securing strategic accounts, and establishing SIGMA\-RH’s institutional positioning in the French market. They build high-level relationships with public decision-makers, major accounts, and strategic partners, and structure an alliance ecosystem (AMOA, consulting firms, system integrators, sectoral influencers) supportive of the company’s strategy. **Commercial Coordination** French sales teams report hierarchically to Global Commercial Leadership. The Country Manager exercises local operational authority: validating feasibility of commitments, coordinating pipeline with delivery capacity, enforcing daily discipline, and jointly evaluating performance. They do not bear direct responsibility for global commercial objectives and cannot initiate product-specific developments without formal validation from Product Leadership. **Professional Services Coordination** French Professional Services teams report to Global Professional Services Leadership. The Country Manager coordinates local priorities, arbitrates French project capacity, manages strategic client relationships, and handles first-level escalations. They complement local operational management while strictly adhering to Group-defined methodologies and standards. **Matrix HR Governance** The Country Manager intervenes on: * Daily field discipline when issues impact local credibility or execution; * Validation of field fit during commercial and consultant recruitment; * Annual joint evaluation of teams on behavioral aspects, collaboration, and cross-functional alignment. Major disciplinary actions and structural decisions remain under the purview of the relevant Global Functions. **Group Coordination and Cross\-Country Capacity** The French Country Manager does not operate in isolation. When necessary, they request cross-country support (notably from Montreal) and coordinate arbitration with Global Functions where commercial commitments or delivery capacity are impacted. Key Performance Indicators: * France revenue growth and operating margin; * Customer satisfaction and retention; * Pipeline predictability versus capacity; * Project delivery quality; * Team stability and engagement; * Strategic alliance quality and maturity. **Profile Sought** Experience * Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including several years in a leadership or market management role. * Significant experience in SaaS, ERP, or complex solutions environments, ideally with exposure to the public sector or major accounts. * Familiarity with international matrix organizations. Expected Posture * Calm and legitimate authority. * Keen sense of governance and role clarity. * Rejection of silos and opportunistic decision-making. * Long-term orientation, rigor, and loyalty to Group strategy. **Why Join SIGMA\-RH** * Compensation package ranging from €140k to €180k (base + variable) * Workplace located in the heart of Paris’s 9th arrondissement * Collaborative culture where innovation and knowledge sharing are core values * Work-life balance supported by flexible hours and remote work options * 100% coverage of Navigo transit pass
