Job Summary: We are seeking a Line Manager to lead the agricultural production process, supervising tasks from loading to quality control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership of agricultural production line 2. Team coordination and process optimization 3. Quality control and fruit handling We are looking for a candidate with experience to lead a production line in the agricultural sector, located in Alcoletge. Main responsibilities include supervision of the entire truck loading and unloading process. The role also entails fruit handling, including proper labeling and packaging. Coordination of the work team, optimization of production processes, and thorough quality control of the final product are required, among other duties inherent to the position. This is a full-time contract, requiring 40 working hours per week. Working hours will be rotating, covering morning and afternoon shifts from Monday to Saturday, within a time frame of 06:00 to 22:00, respecting legally mandated rest periods. * Minimum one year of experience in fruit warehouses as Line Manager. * We seek an active and responsible individual. * Residence near the workplace is an advantage. Fluency in spoken and written Spanish and/or Catalan. Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO).
