Job Summary: We are seeking a geroculturist to provide direct attention and support to service users in basic activities, personal hygiene, mobility, and emotional and social accompaniment. Collaboration with the interdisciplinary team We are seeking a geroculturist to cover a maternity leave. The selected candidate will perform typical geroculturist duties, including: Providing direct attention and support to service users in basic daily living activities. Assisting with personal hygiene, showers, clothing changes, and personal image care. Supporting mobility and resident transfers, following established protocols. Accompanying and supervising during meals, promoting well-being and user autonomy. Monitoring and observing residents’ general condition, reporting incidents to the healthcare team. Performing postural changes and supporting pressure ulcer prevention, according to center guidelines. Providing emotional and social accompaniment, promoting close, respectful, and dignified treatment. Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, high-quality care. Maintaining order and hygiene in the immediate environment of the service user. Valuable requirements: Prior experience in residential facilities or elderly care, responsibility, empathy, and teamwork ability Experience: 1 month. Previous experience and training in this field are positively valued. * Temporary employment contract (20 months) * Part-time schedule (28 hours \- monthly workload) * Other relevant information: Working conditions: Two weekends per month. Shift from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Typical geroculturist duties in a residential facility. Temporary contract for maternity leave substitution. Possibility of working additional hours in cases of vacations, absences, or service needs, with corresponding salary supplement. Double pay for weekends. Possibility of considering alternative schedules or continued employment if experience is positive and everything functions properly.
