





Your mission will be to provide services in the field of computer science, enabling different users within the company to maintain operational continuity through timely and innovative solutions, personalized attention, and rapid response to incidents, supported by an agile, flexible, and committed technical and professional team. Functions: * Resolve first-line hotel incidents: printers, wifi connections not working properly, computers, software errors... * Perform maintenance and updates on servers. * Perform maintenance and updates on various software programs (Office and Navision). * Install antennas, wifi, cabling, or network points for hotels. * Visit various hotels to properly verify network usage and installations. * Install computers, new employee workstations with network access, POS systems, etc. * Verify new software or installations by conducting tests. * Participate in hotel openings and closings regarding: setup and dismantling of equipment, verifying connections, managing communications, wifi, etc. * Minimum education: Intermediate Degree in Computer Systems Administration. * Minimum of 1 year previous experience as a systems technician. * Experience in the hotel sector preferable (not essential). * Intermediate level English (specific vocabulary). * Knowledge of: Windows, Server 2022; hardware and software support; hotel applications; TCP/IP computer networks. Office 365, sharepoint and onedrive. * Valid driver's license required.
