Job Summary: We are looking for a person to join the public service team at the Masieta (Mont-Rebei) parking lot and information point. Key Responsibilities: 1. Incident management and resolution of situations with visitors Offer Code\-18120 Contract Type: Permanent Working Hours: 14:30–19:30 We require a person to join the public service team at the Masieta (Mont\-Rebei) parking lot and information point, with the following duties and responsibilities. \- Parking management: provide parking instructions to visitors, ensure smooth operation, and guide visitors. \- Daily cleaning of parking areas. \- Occasional cleaning of the Congost trail. \- Management of possible incidents and resolution of situations involving visitors. \- Support for public service at the information point. \- Support for shop sales. \- Support for parking ticket sales at the entrance booth. * Experience: 12 months. \- Experience in public service roles. Experience in the tourism sector will be valued. \- One year’s experience in electronic payments and collections. \- Proficiency in office software to operate sales programs. \- High-level proficiency in Catalan and Spanish. * Competencies / Knowledge: \- Possession of a disability certificate. \- Ability to perform tasks involving travel along mountain routes and uneven paths. \- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability, with sensitivity towards varying visitor flows. \- Ability to reach the workplace, located in an area inaccessible by public transport. * Permanent employment contract * Part-time (5 hours per day) * Gross monthly salary: 998 * Additional relevant information: \- Possession of a disability certificate.
