




Position Summary: We are seeking a leader for our front desk department in a 4-star hotel, responsible for team supervision, shift management, and VIP guest service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the front desk department in a 4-star hotel. 2. Supervise the team and coordinate daily operations. 3. Resolve incidents and provide VIP customer service. In CABRANES (ASTURIAS), we are looking for a person to lead our front desk department in a 4-star hotel. Your responsibilities will include supervising and organizing the entire team, managing shifts, and coordinating daily operations. You will be the key point of contact for billing and production control, incident resolution, and delivering exceptional service to our VIP guests. Your duties will also include guest reception, handling reservations, and performing other administrative tasks, including operating hotel management software and digital tools. At least two years of prior experience in a similar role is required, demonstrating leadership skills, organizational ability, strong commercial orientation, and excellent customer service. A medium-to-high level of English proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and access to a personal vehicle are mandatory, as is proficiency in hotel-specific management and marketing software. The position offers an indefinite-term employment contract, full-time hours, two days off per week, and salary according to the applicable collective agreement.
