This position focuses on logistics dispatch operations within an industrial environment. Key responsibilities include managing and controlling material outbound processes, ensuring all procedures are executed efficiently and accurately. The professional will be responsible for using specialized computer systems to manage delivery notes and orders, guaranteeing that documentation and inventory records are accurate and up-to-date. Additionally, they will handle the physical movement of goods using machinery such as forklifts, requiring skill and constant attention to safety protocols. The work environment is dynamic and demands outstanding organizational ability, as material flow can vary significantly. Data handling accuracy is critical to maintaining inventory integrity and facilitating a smooth supply chain. This role may also involve coordinating with other departments—such as production and transportation—to ensure shipments are prepared and dispatched on time, meeting established deadlines and quality expectations. A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role within the industrial sector—specifically in warehouse environments—is required. Proficiency in warehouse management software is essential, as is competence in standard office applications, including Word and Excel. A valid forklift operator license and demonstrable experience in safe forklift operation are mandatory.
