This position focuses on the supervision and upkeep of the industrial machinery fleet, ensuring its proper operation and availability for production activities. Key responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance—such as scheduled inspections, lubrication, and adjustments—to prevent failures. Corrective maintenance tasks are also carried out, involving diagnosis and repair of malfunctions arising during production, minimizing downtime. Work is conducted using equipment including laser cutting systems, bending machines, shearing machines, welding systems, and various auxiliary components. Additionally, periodic technical adjustments are performed on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems to maintain optimal operating parameters. Another key task is equipment optimization and fine-tuning, including calibrations and minor modifications to enhance overall workshop efficiency and productivity. The ultimate goal is to ensure all machinery operates with maximum reliability, directly supporting continuity and smoothness of the manufacturing process. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of industrial machinery operating principles. The work environment is dynamic, located within a production workshop where prompt response to technical incidents is essential. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the production chain by preventing unplanned stoppages and maintaining operational quality standards. The offer includes an initial three-month contract, with the possibility of conversion to an indefinite-term contract based on performance and company needs. The offered gross annual salary is €23,510.66. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, on a split-shift basis. The morning shift runs from 08:30 to 14:00. Subsequently, the afternoon shift runs from 15:30 to 18:00. These conditions are subject to applicable collective bargaining agreements in the sector and current labor regulations. A minimum of two years’ experience in industrial maintenance is required, preferably within the metallurgical or machinery sector. Solid theoretical and practical knowledge in industrial mechanics, basic and applied hydraulics, and electricity is mandatory. The ideal candidate is solution-oriented, with strong analytical capability to effectively diagnose technical problems. A detail-oriented mindset and familiarity with workshop environments are valued. The required academic qualification is a Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle in the relevant field. Specific knowledge of computer numerical control (CNC) systems and industrial laser cutting technology is considered an advantage.
