Salary increase linked to competency acquisition **Description:** ---------------- **PROMAN** is recruiting **a Production Operator** to join a cosmetic-sector glass bottle manufacturer located in Montornès del Vallès (Barcelona). We seek a candidate to start as a machine assistant **with potential to grow within the company and long-term commitment.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Machine assistant * Supplying glass tubes to the machine * Vision systems for dimensional control * Manual adjustments and calibration (setup, tooling changes, etc.) **Conditions:** * Working hours: 07:00 – 15:00 or 10:00 – 18:00 * Salary: €19,000 – €22,000 (range open depending on experience) * Contract: Monthly (1 year via ETT \+ client company) **Offered:** * Continuous training * Internal promotion path to Machine Operator (glass trainer) * Salary increase linked to competency acquisition **Requirements:** --------------- **Requirements:** * Dynamic profile with potential, oriented toward stable employment. * Industrial work experience * Personal vehicle * Industrial Mechanics training is valued
