What will your mission be? You will be responsible for selecting commercial agents across any of the channels of the Northeast Territory offices, ensuring candidate suitability and leading the management and development of your own team members. What tasks will you perform?* Selecting and recruiting commercial teams for the Northeast Territory. * Sourcing and managing new partnerships with influential institutions to enhance talent acquisition. * Coordinating with headquarters and with managers of your territory’s offices. * Attending job fairs. * Training new agents. What are we looking for?* Degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Human Resources (HR) or related fields. * Experience in selection and recruitment of commercial networks (commercial agents). * Willingness and availability to travel. * English language proficiency is desirable. * Familiarity with online/offline selection tools (LinkedIn, Infojobs, etc.) is desirable.
