We are seeking to incorporate **a LABOR CONSULTANT** into our professional team, based at any of our three offices (VALLADOLID, LEÓN, and BURGOS), to advise and guide companies and self-employed professionals on all matters related to labor affairs, optimize their resources through effective and efficient process management, and deliver the level of commitment and professionalism that each client/company requires to achieve its established objectives—ensuring courteous treatment in all communications and consistently developing tailored solutions for each client/company. **Key responsibilities include:** * Full management of the payroll cycle (recording incidents, calculating IRPF and payroll, verifications, payments, and closures). * Drafting employment contracts; related documentation and settlement agreements. * Managing loans, advances, and court-ordered garnishments. * Preparing monthly reports. * Preparing and filing tax forms (111, 190, 216…) * Reporting remuneration concepts. * Managing Social Security contributions and affiliations (Siltra, Sistema Red). * Customer support and assistance. * Advising clients/companies. **Conditions:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30/08:00 to 15:30/16:00 h. * Work modality: On-site, with two optional remote working days per week. * Salary: To be determined according to selected profile (€24,000–€28,000 Gross per Year). * Location: Any of our offices in Valladolid, León, or Burgos. * Start date: September 2025.
