Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in customer service and AutoCAD proficiency for a hybrid position that combines technical and customer-facing skills, including blueprint interpretation. Proactivity and commitment to work quality are highly valued. We are looking for a candidate with customer service experience and solid AutoCAD skills to join a wood industry company in Polinyà. This hybrid position combines technical and customer service competencies, including the ability to interpret blueprints. **Main responsibilities include:** analyzing and interpreting paper and digital blueprints (2D and 3D CAD), identifying components, materials, and dimensions for production, making modifications on the internal platform to optimize material usage, entering orders and preparing quotations based on pricing lists, handling customer inquiries via email and telephone, and coordinating delivery schedules with the warehouse manager. We offer a 6-month temporary contract with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent contract with the company. Gross hourly salary: €13.09. Rotating shifts every two weeks: 10:15–18:15 and 7:00–15:00. **Requirements for this position:** * Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM) in Industrial Drafting. Similar courses will be considered if this qualification is not held. * Proficiency in CAD design software (2D and 3D) for blueprint interpretation. * Ability to interpret bills of materials and technical specifications of components and parts. * Experience in the wood, furniture, or related industries is preferred. * Knowledge of Mastercam, Alphacam, or similar software (e.g., Ardis) is advantageous. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
