Our client is a leading business group in its sector, with a solid and continuously evolving corporate structure, seeking to hire an **HR Director** with a comprehensive and strategic approach, capable of leading the people function with a long-term vision.
**Job Mission**
Lead the Group's Human Resources strategy, ensuring alignment with business needs and supporting senior management and teams across various organizational, labor-related, and people management challenges.
**Key Functions and Responsibilities**
* Define and drive the Group’s HR strategy, policies, and initiatives.
* Participate in the Management Committee, contributing the people perspective to decision-making.
* Lead and professionally develop the HR team, enhancing their capabilities and fostering a work dynamic based on autonomy, coaching, accountability, and continuous improvement.
* Advise senior management and department heads on labor matters and people management, intervening in complex situations.
* Coordinate relationships with external consultants, law firms, and other third-party collaborators.
* Lead recruitment and workforce planning, anticipating the organization’s future staffing needs.
* Design and implement remuneration policies, benefits, and incentive programs.
* Promote initiatives related to culture, internal communication, employee experience, and talent retention.
* Lead corporate well-being projects, integration of international employees, and other strategic initiatives.
* Drive data- and indicator-based HR management, identifying trends, needs, and opportunities for improvement.
**Reporting Line:** General Management.

**Education and Technical Competencies**
* University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Labor Relations, Psychology, or related field.
* Minimum 10 years’ experience in end-to-end HR management.
* Experience in industrial environments, construction, or companies with operational structures and diverse employee groups will be especially valued.
