




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced forklift operator to perform logistics and warehouse tasks in the food industry, ensuring efficient material and product flow. Key Highlights: 1. Expert operation of forklift trucks (counterbalanced and reach). 2. Logistics and warehouse management using FIFO/FEFO systems. 3. Compliance with quality regulations (GMP, HACCP, ISO). We are looking for a forklift operator with proven experience in operating forklift trucks for a food industry company specializing in manufacturing semi-finished solutions for pastry, bakery, ice cream, and chocolate industries. The selected candidate will be responsible for logistics and warehouse tasks, ensuring efficient flow of materials and products. Main responsibilities include operating counterbalanced forklifts for loading and unloading trucks, as well as using reach forklifts to place and retrieve pallets at height. Internal transportation of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products will also be carried out, ensuring their correct distribution. Another key task involves placing goods on shelves applying FIFO or FEFO systems—essential for inventory rotation and management. Additionally, the role includes replenishing materials in production areas, preparing orders for raw materials and packaging materials, and verifying batches, quantities, and expiry dates. Movements must be recorded in the computer system (ERP, PDA, or internal software), and batch numbers and documentation must be controlled. Compliance with quality standards such as GMP, HACCP, and ISO is essential to ensure product traceability and safety. This is a temporary contract. Experience operating forklift trucks (counterbalanced and reach). Knowledge of warehouse management systems such as FIFO/FEFO. Ability to perform loading, unloading, internal transportation, and order preparation tasks. Skill in verifying batches, quantities, and expiry dates. Familiarity with recording movements in computer systems (ERP, PDA). Understanding and application of food industry quality regulations (GMP, HACCP, ISO). Responsibility and attention to detail in handling goods and controlling documentation.
