Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for general maintenance tasks in buildings and facilities, including basic repairs in plumbing, electrical systems, masonry, and painting. Key Highlights: 1. Assessment of prior training and experience in maintenance and DIY Personnel are required to perform general maintenance tasks in buildings and facilities. Responsibilities include basic repairs in plumbing, electrical systems, masonry, and painting, among other duties. Required knowledge includes general maintenance, minor repairs, gardening, and cleaning. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are mandatory for commuting to the workplace. Prior training and experience in maintenance and DIY will be valued. This position offers a temporary part-time employment contract of 30 hours per week. Working hours will be from 8:00 to 14:00. Salary and employment conditions will comply with the Collective Agreement for Geriatric Facilities in the Principality of Asturias.
