Position Summary: We are seeking a kitchen assistant and a bartender/cider pourer to assist with menu preparation, customer service, and maintaining hygiene. Key Points: 1. Collaboration in menu and portion preparation, as well as cleaning. 2. Customer service, order taking, and management of beverage payment collection. 3. Proven experience in the hospitality industry is valued. Two professional profiles are sought for an establishment in Mieres, Asturias: a kitchen assistant and a bartender/cider pourer. The kitchen assistant will collaborate in menu and portion preparation, maintain general kitchen cleanliness, and wash utensils. The bartender/cider pourer’s responsibilities will include pouring cider in various areas of the establishment, attending to customers by taking orders, serving, managing beverage payment collection, and ensuring cleanliness and order in the work area. Both positions require proven experience in the hospitality industry. Availability of personal transportation is valued. The contract will be temporary, with potential conversion to permanent. The kitchen assistant’s working hours will be part-time, totaling 16 hours per week, scheduled on Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday mornings. The bartender/cider pourer’s working hours will be 32 hours per week, on a split schedule from Thursday to Sunday. Salary conditions will comply with the Collective Agreement for the Hospitality Sector of the Principality of Asturias.
