Implement culinary procedures highlighting innovation, flavor, and presentation while maintaining the highest food hygiene and safety standards.**Profile Requirements** ------------------------- Education: Technical or professional training in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, or related fields. Food handling certification (mandatory). Experience: Minimum 2 years of prior experience as a cook in high-end hotels, restaurants, or banquet services. Prior experience in international cuisine and/or specific specialties will be valued. Other Requirements: Knowledge of modern and traditional cooking techniques. Ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments. Proactive attitude and attention to detail. Languages: Basic English proficiency will be considered a plus. Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.**Main Functions and Responsibilities** --------------------------------------------- Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare dishes according to recipes and standards defined by the Head Chef. Supervise correct food presentation and temperature before service. Ingredient and Raw Material Management: Verify ingredient quality and freshness upon receipt and during storage. Conduct regular inventory checks and report supply needs. Compliance with Regulations: Maintain high food hygiene and safety standards in accordance with local and internal regulations. Ensure proper use and cleaning of kitchen equipment and utensils. Team Collaboration: Support fellow kitchen staff in daily tasks. Participate in team meetings to improve processes and resolve issues. Creativity and Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas for new dish creation or menu adjustments, aligned with the hotel’s philosophy.
