We are seeking cleaning staff to perform cleaning tasks in Llanes (Asturias). Responsibilities include maintenance and cleaning of common areas, such as daily or weekly sweeping and mopping of entrances, staircases, corridors, and landings. The role also involves disinfecting frequently touched surfaces, including elevator control panels, handrails, door handles, and mailboxes, as well as cleaning windows and mirrors in passageways and main access areas. At least two years of prior experience in similar roles is required for this position, along with a valid Category B driving license. This is a six-month full-time temporary employment contract, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 to 14:30. Salary will be determined in accordance with the Collective Agreement for Building and Premises Cleaning in the Principality of Asturias, and the start date is immediate.
