Conducts on-site audits and issues improvement recommendations. **Job Mission** Join the Internal Audit department to assess key banking business processes, ensure proper implementation of internal controls, and support the entity’s continuous improvement. **Main Responsibilities** * Banking process auditing (not quality auditing): financial accounting and credit risk. * Analysis and evaluation of process-related internal controls. * Execution of on-site audits at branch offices. * Preparation of audit reports clearly communicating results and findings. * Issuing improvement recommendations and following up on their implementation with responsible departments. * Contributing to the assessment and enhancement of the effectiveness of risk management, internal control, and corporate governance processes. Requirements * University degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in auditing, internal control, risk management, or process analysis. * Knowledge of the banking or financial sector. * Experience using Power BI for data analysis. * Willingness to travel to branch offices. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in process auditing or internal consulting. * Familiarity with regulated environments. * Analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
