Job Summary: We are seeking social educators for orientation, prevention, socio-educational intervention, mediation, and support to vulnerable groups, promoting social participation. Individual and group socio-educational intervention A company based in Lleida needs to hire eight social educators, with four positions in Lleida city and four in the municipality of Almacelles. An indefinite-term contract is offered, with working hours and schedules to be agreed upon according to the center and shift availability. For the Lleida city positions, schedules are Monday to Friday morning shift (7:30–14:15) or afternoon shift (15:00–21:45), as well as weekends (8:30–20:30). In Almacelles, schedules are Monday to Friday morning shift (8:30–14:45) or afternoon shift (14:45–21:30). Remuneration is €1.857 gross per month in 14 payments for Lleida and €2.021 gross per month in 14 payments for Almacelles. A valid driver’s license is mandatory. Main Responsibilities: • Orientation and accompaniment of service users. • Social prevention and identification of risk situations. • Individual and group socio-educational intervention. • Conflict mediation. • Community mobilization and promotion of social participation. • Support for vulnerable groups. • Coordination with other professionals and local services. • Assessment and follow-up of intervention processes. * Competencies / Knowledge: Preferred qualifications include: • Empathy and active listening skills. • Communication skills and ability to adapt to diverse contexts. • Capacity for social intervention and design of socio-educational projects. • Interdisciplinary teamwork. • Conflict management and mediation. • Responsibility, professional ethics, and social commitment. • Flexibility and adaptability. • Analytical capacity and ability to identify social needs. • Patience, resilience, and initiative. • Creativity in interventions with diverse groups.
