Job Summary: We are seeking personnel with a foundation in heat treatment knowledge and experience operating transfer furnaces for a plant in Rubí, with general maintenance skills and initiative being valued. Maintenance skills, initiative, proactivity, and responsibility are valued We are looking for a person to work at a heat treatment plant in Rubí. Candidates must possess foundational knowledge of heat treatment processes and prior experience operating transfer furnaces, preferably Ipsen brand. General maintenance knowledge, initiative and proactivity, as well as responsibility and commitment to work, will also be valued. Various shift schedules and employment arrangements are available. Positions include rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), as well as roles combining weekday workdays with longer Saturday shifts. There is also a Quality Technician position with a fixed schedule. The contract will be through an ETT (Temporary Employment Agency) with a salary of €16.05 gross per hour or €2\.500 gross per month. * Minimum 3 years of experience required. * Experience in heat treatment. * Own vehicle and driver’s license required to access the workplace.
