





**Sales Delegate (KAM) – Aragon and Navarra** ================================================ **What are we looking for?** Reporting to the Regional Director, we are seeking a Hospital Specialist KAM responsible for leading, developing, and securing market access for biologics in the Aragon and Navarra region. The role requires strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills, a positive and enthusiastic attitude to tackle business challenges, a strong results orientation, and analytical and innovative capabilities to develop plans tailored to the regional context and individual hospital accounts. **Key responsibilities:** * Serve as the primary liaison between your customers and GSK. * Drive business within your territory—engaging with key hospitals, visiting specialists in Internal Medicine, Rheumatology, and Nephrology—and achieving regional sales targets. * Identify, prioritize, and execute key opportunities to ensure product growth by analyzing available territory data and insights from key HCPs. * Build and maintain an optimal customer database and execute the established visit plan. Design and implement an ambitious, innovative action plan—with defined objectives and timelines—and monitor progress, taking corrective action in case of deviations. * Coordinate tactical plans with other cross-functional teams and proactively propose value-adding initiatives for the region. * Manage budget, control expenses, and ensure efficient use of resources. * Propose solutions to customers to meet their patients’ needs. Comply fully with all established policies and procedures, and complete required administrative tasks (e.g., expense reports). **What do you need?** * Higher education degree; preferably a university degree in Health Sciences. * Experience as a Sales Delegate, preferably in specialist and/or hospital settings. * Desirable experience/knowledge in Rheumatology, Internal Medicine, and Nephrology. * Commercial acumen, plus innovation and analytical capabilities. * Strong organizational and planning skills. * Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. **Desirable** * Desirable: English language proficiency. * A challenging, proactive mindset.
