We are seeking an AUXILIARY SERVICES ASSISTANT to carry out the following functions with experience in basic maintenance and administrative operations. To perform the following duties: * Placing and organizing materials in warehouse or facility areas. * Operating pallet trucks or other transport and loading machinery. * Moving and positioning furniture and equipment (tables, chairs, computers, coat racks, boxes, etc.). * Receiving, sorting, and envelope stuffing of correspondence (using envelope sealing machine). * Preparing delivery notes and tracking deliveries. * Reporting incidents or issues in the facilities. * Order preparation: packaging, labeling, and verification. * Receiving goods and verifying against delivery notes. * Copying tasks and other similar administrative activities. * Basic garden and indoor plant maintenance. * Turning heating on/off and operating alarm systems. * Minor repairs such as changing light bulbs, adjusting furniture, hanging pictures, etc. * Collecting and delivering documents to public or private organizations (town hall, courts, banks, etc.). * Picking up supplies from vendors, such as office materials, cleaning supplies, light bulbs, etc. Requirements: Basic knowledge of computer applications Schedule: Monday to Friday from 11:00 to 14:00 hours Substitute contract Job type: Part-time Work location: Onsite position

Adapt content to the needs of each training activity. Evaluate and monitor students. Prepare documentation and coordinate logistics for training sessions. \-Requirements: Hold a Master’s Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention or possess all three technical specialties in PRL (Work Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics\-Applied Psychosociology). Previous teaching or training experience in PRL (valued positively). Up-to-date knowledge of regulations and best practices in workplace safety.
