Cook (male or female)

Description

We are looking for a cook (male or female) for a position in Avilés (Asturias). Main responsibilities include preparing and presenting traditional Moroccan desserts, maintaining product quality and flavor. It will also be necessary to monitor raw material stock levels, place orders, and ensure order and hygiene in the work area, collaborating with the kitchen team on other tasks as required. A minimum of two years' experience in pastry as a first-level chef is required, along with accredited training in hospitality and pastry. Demonstrable experience in preparing Moroccan desserts is essential; experience in Arabic cuisine in general is also valued. The position offers an indefinite-term employment contract and full-time hours. Working days are Wednesday through Sunday, with morning shifts from 12:00 to 16:00 and evening shifts from 20:00 to 24:00. Salary will be determined according to the Hospitality Collective Agreement of the Principality of Asturias.
