Cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen, utensils, tableware, and equipment. Assisting in food preparation by performing basic tasks such as washing, peeling, cutting, and preparing ingredients. Collaborating in plating, assembling dishes, meal trays, or food trolleys. Receiving, storing, and restocking raw materials, adhering to preservation guidelines. Complying with food hygiene and safety regulations while maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area. ### **Requirements** What are we looking for? * Ability to work effectively in a team * Demonstrable experience in collective catering, preferably in a senior residence for at least one year, with verifiable references. * High commitment to HACCP and PRPs (Prerequisite Programs), needs assessment, and effective procurement. * A proactive and organized individual accustomed to working under pressure. ### **Offer** What do we offer? * Long-term substitution position * Salary according to the Basque Country (PV) Foodservice Collective Agreement. * Weekly working hours: 35 * Schedule: Continuous morning shift (8\.30 to 15\.30\) or afternoon shift (13\.30 to 21\.30\), depending on scheduling * Work location: Loiu Gurena
