The selected candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving system issues, conducting thorough testing to ensure solutions are accurate and production-ready. **Key Responsibilities:** * Diagnose and resolve incidents in SAP ISU and CRM systems. * Conduct comprehensive testing to validate solutions prior to production deployment. * Maintain frequent contact with clients, collaborating to identify effective solutions aligned with their needs. * Communicate and coordinate with various teams to ensure compliance with energy sector requirements and SAP ISU/CRM standards. * Implement improvements and monitor processes to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. * Test and analyze incidents within the SAP system. * Support the development, preparation, and testing of SAP system change requests. * Provide general support for improvement, innovation, and bug fixing, particularly related to technical debt management and client calls. * Perform periodic or occasional manual tasks for data correction. **Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. * Minimum of **2 years’ experience in SAP ABAP development**. * Knowledge and experience with **SAP HANA** (preferred). * **High level of English** (C1 or higher preferred), both spoken and written. * Ability to **self-manage and work autonomously**. * Strong communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams under agile methodologies. * Problem-solving mindset oriented toward solution delivery. * Knowledge and application of **best practices in development, testing, and documentation**. * Experience in **testing and validation of developments**. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with **OData Services**. * Development using **SAP UI5/Fiori**. * Knowledge of **LSMW**. * Experience in **Object-Oriented ABAP (OO ABAP)**. * **SAP Cloud Developer** certification. * Experience managing people or teams. * Experience delivering training, mentoring, or supporting the professional development of others. **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** ‍ Company-provided training program to support your continued development and career progression within your personalized career path. ✍ Permanent contract and job stability.
