Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Technical Architect/Engineer with experience in construction supervision, development of construction solutions, quantity surveying, budgeting, and project planning. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Construction supervision, including analysis of quality, time, and cost compliance. - Technical development of construction solutions. - Quantity surveying and budgeting for execution projects. - Preliminary economic sizing. Estimation of PEM and investment costs for any real estate operation. - Planning of project and construction phases. - Quality control programs and recording of results. - Drafting of technical reports. - Drafting of tender documents for execution phases. - Budgetary comparisons for contractor award or contract lot award. - Occasionally, Health and Safety Coordination during the execution phase. - Interaction with clients and suppliers. - Reporting to the Area Manager. REQUIREMENTS: - Technical Architect / Technical Engineer / Medium or Higher Degree. - Minimum experience: 5 years - High proficiency in Spanish and Catalan. English and French proficiency is valued. - Experience in preparing quantity surveys and budgets. - Ability to technically manage projects. - Ability to technically develop construction systems. - Knowledge and experience in executing installations (fluid and mechanical). - Teamwork capability. - Proficiency in TCQ, AutoCAD, and MS Project. - Proficiency in Presto and Revit. - Ability to communicate effectively with clients. - Geographic mobility capability. - Valid Class B driver's license and willingness to travel.
