We want to meet you! **About us...** We are Lanit Consulting, specialists in technological and business consulting, providing comprehensive services to align IT management with business value and optimize the full data lifecycle. **In your day-to-day...** This role encompasses client interaction, demand lifecycle oversight, and coordination of the IT services lifecycle, ensuring proper alignment between business needs and delivery capacity. * Understand and anticipate client needs, identifying opportunities for technological improvement or evolution, and communicating them in a structured manner. * Align expectations and ensure client satisfaction, verifying adherence to agreed SLAs and service levels while identifying deviations. * Support and oversee the complete demand lifecycle (initiatives, assignments, requests, and service orders), coordinating with the Initiative Management team and other responsible teams, using the corporate service catalog as a structuring tool. * Coordinate and mobilize various technical areas, guaranteeing an effective and coherent response across the entire Delivery and Support lifecycle. REQUIREMENTS **Required:** * Degree in Computer Engineering (Bachelor’s/Degree/Degree + Master’s) * Bachelor’s Degree / Higher Vocational Training (FP2) or equivalent qualifications. * Up to 5 years of equivalent professional experience (with or without formal degree). * Minimum 1 year of proven experience as: Client Support Consultant * ITIL Foundation **Desirable:** * Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Public Administration and/or Large Corporations/Multinationals and/or Other Consulting Firms in similar positions and for similar clients. * Familiarity with IT management tools (ServiceNow preferred) * Power BI (analyst profile) * Knowledge/Certifications in IT Management domains: Agile (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, ...), Lean IT, COBIT, UNE-ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018, ... * English, intermediate/advanced level (B2-C1)
