At Farmamundi, we are seeking a Technical Officer (1) in HA responsible for the establishment, representation, identification and implementation of Farmamundi's Humanitarian Action and Emergency interventions in Ukraine. The position is based in Kyiv or Uzhhorod (to be agreed between the organization and the selected candidate). Travel to Poltava and other project intervention areas is expected depending on security conditions. #### **General Description:** * Opening of Farmamundi's mission in Ukraine * Carry out procedures, in collaboration with the local partner, to obtain the visa for Ukraine. * Coordinate closely with Headquarters the planning, monitoring, management, implementation and reporting of interventions under their responsibility, focused on Health and Protection sectors with a cross-cutting gender approach. * Lead the preparation of donor reports, including audits. * Ensure proper use of funds allocated to interventions under their responsibility and compliance with donor regulations, training local teams. * Participate in strengthening the capacities of local partners involved in the interventions under their responsibility. * Represent Farmamundi within the existing humanitarian architecture. * Strengthen humanitarian coordination channels in the intervention area. * Participate in national and international networks, platforms and working groups related to the projects under their responsibility. * Participate in the identification and formulation of new project proposals. * Identify training needs / participate in strengthening the operational and thematic capacities of local partners regarding project areas, and facilitate resource mobilization to meet these needs. * Any other duties consistent with their category assigned by their supervisor. #### **Required Profile:** **Educational qualifications:** University degree. Postgraduate degree in Humanitarian Action, training in health, human rights, gender, protection, food security, Cash programs and Emergency Management. **Technical skills:** Proven experience in similar positions in NGOs or other institutions and/or public health in the formulation, management and monitoring of projects using the Logical Framework Approach and Gender Approach. Administrative management skills. Ability to prepare technical and financial reports. Knowledge and experience in work planning. Excellent writing, analytical and synthesis skills, as well as analysis of the socio-political situation. **Communication skills:** * Languages – Full command of spoken and written Spanish and English. Knowledge of Ukrainian/Hungarian will be valued. A language test will be conducted if requested certification is not provided. * Ability to coordinate and liaise with funding institutions, implementing partner organizations, international offices, social organizations and Farmamundi's Central Office. **Digital skills:** Advanced knowledge of Windows environment.
