Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources student to join our team at the Burgos Plant, providing support in talent management, development, training, employee experience, and operational management. We are looking for a student with an interest in Human Resources to join our team at the Burgos Plant. You will gain hands-on experience in talent management within an industrial setting, supporting Talent Acquisition: assistance across the full recruitment cycle—from screening and selection to welcoming new hires; Development and Training; Employee Experience: driving initiatives and internal communication; Operational Management: administrative support and strategic departmental projects. What are we looking for? * Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s students in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Law, or Business Administration and Management (ADE). * Internship Agreement: It is MANDATORY that your educational institution can formalize an internship agreement. * Languages: Fluent English or French (we operate in an international environment!). * Skills: We seek empathy, insatiable curiosity, exceptional communication skills, and the proactivity required to propose disruptive solutions. * Our internships last between 6–12 months. * EU students with NIE or non-EU students with valid work permits.
