




Job Summary: We are seeking a culinary professional to prepare, cook, and present dishes, ensuring quality and compliance with hygiene regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Meticulous preparation of ingredients and dish preparation. 2. Ensuring food quality and compliance with regulations. 3. Stock and order management. We are looking for a culinary professional to join our team in Cangas de Onís, Asturias. Main duties will include meticulous preparation of ingredients—from cutting and peeling to washing and organizing everything according to recipes. You will be responsible for cooking and presenting dishes, applying various cooking techniques such as grilling, baking, or frying, always using appropriate utensils and tools. Additionally, you will ensure food quality and compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations, and manage stock and orders. A qualification as a Culinary Technician and Gastronomy or a related Professional Qualification Certificate is desirable. We offer an indefinite full-time employment contract with a salary commensurate with the applicable collective agreement.
