Food Industry Operator (Male or Female)

We are seeking an operator (male or female) to join a food industry company located in Olías del Rey, Toledo. Main responsibilities include packaging, boxing, and labeling of products, as well as auxiliary tasks such as dough mixing and baking. The position requires working rotating shifts—morning, afternoon, and night—with full schedule availability. Job stability is offered through renewable biweekly contracts, with a real possibility of permanent employment after the first three months. The salary is competitive at €10.33 gross per hour, plus a night-shift allowance. The company seeks candidates with prior experience in similar roles, such as warehouse assistant, operator, or cook. No specific academic qualifications are required; however, knowledge of food handling and certifications in electronics or mechatronics will be valued. A personal vehicle is mandatory due to the workplace location. The ideal candidate must be responsible, capable of teamwork, and adaptable to various shifts.
