Position Summary: We are seeking a specialist to support the Presidency and Board of Directors of POICLM in the management, monitoring, and justification of projects, as well as to foster internal and external relations and dissemination activities. They will be responsible for internal relations among our entities, as well as with the various public administrations we work with. They will support dissemination and communication activities regarding our initiatives, both to the Third Sector Roundtable and to the social fabric of our region. **Profile:** * Higher education qualification (Bachelor’s degree, Licentiate degree or equivalent). * Training in comprehensive grant management will be valued. * Training in the field of childhood and the Third Sector in general will be valued. * Proficiency in computer applications and tools. * Knowledge of social media management and communication will be valued. * Knowledge of other languages (English preferred). * Class B1 driving license and personal vehicle. **Competencies:** Initiative and autonomy, Learning capacity, Optimism and enthusiasm, Organization and planning, Technical and personal reliability, Interpersonal communication, Teamwork **Level:** Specialist **Contract Type:** Full-time **Duration:** Indefinite **Salary:** Between 30\.000 and 36\.000 € gross/year **Minimum Education:** Diploma **Minimum Experience:** At least 3 years **Start Date:** 15/04/2026 **Number of Vacancies:** 1
