Your ***main responsibilities*** will be: 1\. Corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance of air conditioning installations across various buildings, including steam boilers and air conditioning equipment, air compressors, electricity, etc. 2\. Scheduling inspections required by applicable regulations, responding to breakdowns as needed, and supporting other colleagues in building maintenance. 3\. Recovery of fluorinated gases, leak detection, and various repairs in refrigeration systems. 4\. Indoor air quality and energy consumption measurements. **Requirements** ***Education***: Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in Thermal and Fluid Installations Maintenance or Industrial Refrigeration; FPII and/or Advanced Vocational Training in Installation and Maintenance of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems. ***Experience***: At least 1 year of demonstrable experience in a similar position and/or company. Proven experience in preventive and corrective maintenance within the air conditioning and industrial refrigeration sector is required. ***Required Knowledge:*** 1\. Electronics, plumbing, systems, motors, and hydraulic pumps. 2\. Electricity and basic PCI knowledge (valued). 3\. RITE certification (valued). 4\. Air conditioning / Industrial refrigeration. 5\.
