Integration into an Electrical Office with strong growth potential. As a **Senior Programmer** at **Andine**, you will be the key piece in the technical execution of our projects. Reporting directly to the Director of the Electrical Office, you will assume responsibility for transforming orders into operational control systems, leading programming, supervising the assembly team, and commissioning machinery. ### **Main Responsibilities** * **Electrical Project Management:** Define the technical project and perform electrical and control reviews for each machine. * **Operational Leadership:** Assign and distribute tasks to the technical team, supervising quality and adherence to deadlines. * **Development and Programming:** Advanced programming of PLCs, HMI systems, and in-depth knowledge of electrical materials for correct implementation. * **Technical Design:** Support for the design of electrical schematics. * **Commissioning (FAT/SAT):** Lead factory acceptance testing (FAT) and error debugging at the factory, and carry out final commissioning at the customer’s site (SAT). ### **Profile Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum **5 years** of experience in PLC/HMI programming and electrical design within the industrial machinery sector. * **Education:** Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or related field. * **Languages:** **Conversational English**. * **Mobility:** Availability to **travel nationally and internationally** for installations and SAT. * **Software:** Expert-level proficiency in electrical design software and PLC programming tools. * **Additional Knowledge:** Experience in machine safety and pneumatics is desirable.
