What we require: **Education** A qualification from one of the following is mandatory: * Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training (FP) in Construction: Building and Civil Engineering. * University Degree in Technical Architecture. * University Degree in Architecture. * University Degree in Civil Engineering. **Experience and Skills** * Relevant experience in the tasks described is desirable. * Proficiency in MS Project, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and AutoCAD. **Other Requirements** Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. Availability to travel and commute within the region (Ciudad Real and Toledo) If your profile matches what we are looking for, we can offer you: 40 h/week Gross annual remuneration from 29\. 678€ up to 45\.054€ Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Planning the timely and proper execution of construction projects. * Placing material orders. * Managing occupational health and safety documentation. * Verifying technical quality of work execution and certifying completed tasks.
