It also means teamwork, a positive atmosphere, and camaraderie! **You will be responsible for managing physical and information flows across the entire supply chain, including supplier material receipt and importation, intralogistics, storage, supply, and shipment and export of finished products to customers.** **Job Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in **Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields**. **Minimum 6 years’ experience in logistics, warehousing, shipping, import/export, and physical flows within a highly demanding industrial environment (e.g., automotive or lean manufacturing).** Technical knowledge: **MIFA/VSM, spaghetti chart, PFEP / plan-by-part, picking, kitting, FIFO, batch/serial traceability, cycle counting, stock control, line feeding, kanban, supermarkets, water spider/mizusumashi, Incoterms, import/export documentation.** If, in addition, your skills include **organization, service orientation, responsiveness, clear communication, documentary rigor, orderliness, and continuous improvement**, you are exactly who we’re looking for! **Here’s a brief overview of your typical day…** * Manage material and finished product flow from receipt through to shipment. * Coordinate daily warehouse operations, production supply, order preparation, and shipments. * Ensure internal material supply and proper logistical flow between warehouse and production. * Coordinate import transportation and ensure timely material receipt. * Coordinate customer shipments, managing documentation, transportation, and delivery tracking. * Manage warehouses and logistical locations, ensuring traceability and inventory control. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational logistics standards. * Maintain up-to-date logistics records and data in management systems. * Conduct inventories and analyze discrepancies to improve stock reliability. * Monitor logistics KPIs and drive corrective actions in response to issues. **Why work at ZENNIO?** Annual fixed salary between **42\-49 K**\+ variable.
