Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Surveyor to perform setting-out, topographic surveys, and leveling on site, supervise the surveying team, and produce topographic drawings for construction projects. The Téciman team’s approach is reflected in the work we carry out for our clients. For new projects in the **C**onstruction **S**ector, we require a **JUNIOR SURVEYOR** **in BURGOS**. Reporting to the Project Director, your main responsibilities will be: **Responsibilities:** * Perform setting-out, topographic surveys, and leveling on site. * Verify and maintain assigned surveying equipment. * Carry out calculations, adjustments, and graphical representations of topographic measurements and volume surveys. * Conduct land leveling, planimetric and altimetric measurements, and alignment and elevation checks on site. * Coordinate and supervise the surveying team to ensure adherence to work schedules. * Perform measurements and prepare monthly certifications. * Generate topographic drawings, cross-sections, and digital terrain models from field-collected data. * Design and adjust infrastructure projects, such as highways and viaducts. * Inspect and document construction progress, ensuring accuracy and quality of work. **Requirements:** * Vocational training or Civil Engineering degree * One year’s experience as a surveyor is preferred. **Offered:** * Permanent contract. **Location:** * Burgos **What We Offer:** * Immediate incorporation * Permanent contract
