You will maintain all policies, procedures, and best practices to guarantee operational efficiency. You will collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs and oversee the smooth running of laundry operations. ### **Responsibilities** * Inventory Management and Cost Control: Efficiently monitor and manage inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and uniforms, focusing on cost optimization and loss prevention. * Uniforms and Guest Clothing: Ensure flawless handling and cleaning of hotel uniforms and guest garments, meeting the highest quality standards and delivery timelines. * Sewing and Repairs: Promptly carry out repairs, alterations, and sewing for both uniforms and hotel linens and textiles, and manage inventory of sewing materials. * Daily Operations and Quality: Supervise and execute the collection and delivery of clean/dirty laundry, monitor quality, ensure proper storage, and comply with brand service and operational protocols. * Interaction and Communication: Maintain clear communication with other departments and guests to ensure operational coordination and effectively manage any feedback or complaints under the supervision of the Housekeeping Manager. ### **Skills and Experience** * Possess the necessary qualifications, technical knowledge, and experience in a similar or higher position within luxury hotels. ### **Working Conditions** * Schedule: Rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Uniform: Provided by the hotel. * Contract: Fixed-term intermittent contract * Benefits: * Ongoing training. * Discounts on hotel services and at various Aethos hotels. * Dynamic and multicultural work environment.
