As a leader in engineering and defense, we aim to strengthen our team with an **Electronic Telecom Prototyping Engineer**, experienced in technical procurement, industrial suppliers, and prototype industrialization, to join a strategic technological development project. What will you do? * Manage the technical supply chain for engineering projects (procurement, suppliers, materials). * Lead prototype industrialization, ensuring smooth transition to first units and industrially viable products. * Serve as the focal point between Engineering, Procurement, Prototyping, and Production to guarantee alignment between design and manufacturing. * Select and negotiate with mechanical, electronic, and cabling suppliers. * Coordinate technical specifications, BOMs, risks, milestones, and deliverables with Engineering. * Plan and monitor manufacturing activities associated with the PI or project. * Manage SOLPEDs and purchase orders in SAP, monitoring delivery dates, backlog, and critical materials. * Resolve supplier issues and prioritize deliveries in fast-paced prototyping environments. * Update progress reports, ETCs, and cost/schedule deviations. * Prepare standardized reports and performance indicators. * Collaborate closely with Prototyping, Industrialization, Process Engineering, and Production teams. Don’t worry if you don’t meet 100% of the requirements—we want to get to know you and discover what you can bring! ✅ Education Industrial, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering—or equivalent. ✅ Experience **2–5 years** in: * Technical procurement or industrial supply chain. * Management of mechanical, electronic, or cabling suppliers. * Prototype industrialization or initial production runs. ✅ Skills * Supplier negotiation. * Analytical capability and risk management. * Communication, organization, and multidisciplinary coordination. ✅ Functional Knowledge * SAP (SOLPED/Orders/MRP). * Interpretation of mechanical drawings and electronic schematics. * Bill of Materials (BOM) and manufacturing processes. Languages * English – intermediate level. Location Vigo. Working Hours 08:00–17:10.
