With a fresh, relaxed, and Mediterranean atmosphere, it offers experiences that combine healthy gastronomy, wellness, and connection with the surroundings. **Job Mission** Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of hotel facilities, guaranteeing quality, safety, and rapid incident resolution to contribute to guest satisfaction. **What will you do?** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities and guest rooms. Quickly detect and resolve technical incidents. Supervise facilities (electricity, plumbing, HVAC) and propose improvements. Comply with technical-legal regulations and safety standards. Monitor energy consumption and manage materials and tools. Coordinate with other departments and respond to guest incidents. Participate in emergencies as part of the fire brigade. **What are we looking for?** **Education** Compulsory Secondary Education. Technical training in maintenance or related field is desirable. Certified training in maintenance and pool treatment is highly desirable. **Languages** Spanish A second language is desirable. **Knowledge and Competencies** Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and HVAC. Responsibility, proactivity, and teamwork.
