Continuous training and professional development In Gijón, we are seeking a professional to assume supervision responsibilities at a residential center. The main duties include coordination with the technical team and managing the selection, onboarding, and initial training of departmental staff. Daily tasks include shift and vacation planning, assignment of care units to gerocultors, monitoring of leave requests and absences, and supervision of the Communication Log with care guidelines. The supervisor is also responsible for jointly assessing room changes with the team and communicating with families regarding basic aspects of care. A full-time temporary contract is offered, with morning, afternoon, and split shifts, and immediate start. A vocational training qualification in nursing auxiliary care or in caring for dependent persons is required; at least six months of experience in a similar position is preferred.
