The Technical Program Manager plays a key role in defining and executing products, collaborating closely with the business product leader and assuming technical leadership—serving as a functional and technical reference within the team of Functional Analysts and Architects, as well as when managing external development teams. Focusing on defining functional requirements for implementation by developers, ensuring business needs are met throughout the development process, submitting infrastructure and service requests, and providing technical direction and control over implementation. Key responsibilities and requirements. Essential technical requirements: * Solid experience as a full-stack developer, with strong frontend orientation. * Proficiency in Vue 3 for frontend development. * Experience with Node.js in backend development. * Ability to coordinate and lead external teams. * Experience in e-commerce projects. * Problem-solving profile, results-oriented, and focused on delivering value. * Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Desirable requirements: * Experience with API/microservices architectures. * Knowledge of CI/CD and cloud environments. * Prior experience leading large-scale projects. * Sensitivity to UX/UI and web performance. Responsibilities: * Lead and coordinate external development teams (vendors, partners). * Act as a technical reference, especially in frontend development. * Design and oversee full-stack architectures, with a focus on user experience. * Collaborate closely with e-commerce, product, and business areas. * Ensure adherence to development best practices, code quality, and performance. * Manage the technical evolution of projects and resolve blockers. * Participate in the planning and tracking of the three assigned strategic projects.
