To fulfill this purpose, we seek committed, change-oriented individuals with a customer-focused mindset and long-term vision—people who want to contribute and build the future of the industry alongside our team. **Do you want to advance your professional career with us?** We are seeking a recently graduated Tourism Manager with fluent English for our offices in Chantada / Lugo, with transportation available from Ourense, Monforte de Lemos, O Carballiño, and Lalín. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Build strong commercial relationships with the hotels in your portfolio. * Optimize inventory, availability, and pricing competitiveness offered through the Central Reservation System. * Negotiate terms aiming to maximize conversion and ensure the best competitiveness index for the assigned portfolio of hotels. * Analyze demand data and booking patterns using internal tools, to adapt the contracted product to the demand from the agency network. * Provide advisory support on online marketing and direct sales. * Identify business opportunities regarding new products, offers, or any other service, in coordination with the department head and the Business Acceleration team. **What are we looking for?** * Education: University degree in Tourism or related field; or Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Travel Agencies or Tourist Accommodations. * Analytical profile and commercial aptitude, with clear results orientation. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Languages: Advanced level of English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is highly valued. * Prior experience in hotels or travel agencies will be considered an advantage. **What do we offer?** At Keytel, you can join a leading company in the travel sector, experiencing continuous growth and global expansion, which strongly invests in the ongoing professional development of its team.
