Your mission: Ensure proper administrative oversight of contracts and control of cargo operations, guaranteeing that processes are carried out efficiently, in accordance with established procedures and current aviation regulations. This position contributes to continuous improvement in on-time performance and optimization of cargo capacity through incident analysis and identification of corrective actions. Additionally, it supports the updating of manuals and procedures and collaborates in identifying cargo-related risks to reinforce operational safety and regulatory compliance. **In your day-to-day work:** * Supervise the administrative tracking and control of contracts related to cargo operations, ensuring their accurate updating and compliance. * Monitor daily cargo operations, analyzing incidents and contributing to improved punctuality and process efficiency. * Identify opportunities to optimize cargo management by analyzing root causes of incidents and proposing operational improvements. * Maintain up-to-date operational manuals and procedures, ensuring alignment with aviation regulations and internal standards. * Collaborate on operational safety and compliance initiatives, helping detect cargo-related risks and reinforcing regulatory compliance. **What will make you successful in this role:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in the airport sector, preferably in ramp or cargo operations. * Intermediate English proficiency. **What we offer** * Indefinite-term contract. * Position located in Llucmajor. * Working hours from 9:00 to 17:00, with flexible scheduling. * Airline ticket benefits.
