Located in Alcúdia, Mallorca. We are looking for an AutoCAD Drafter with experience in architectural projects to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing technical drawings, construction details, and executive graphic documentation, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with current regulations. This position is critical for transforming architectural concepts into clear, execution-ready technical documentation. Responsibilities * Preparation and updating of architectural drawings in AutoCAD (floor plans, sections, elevations, and construction details). * Development of construction-execution drawings. * Coordination with architects, engineers, and the design team. * Integration of technical specifications and local regulations into drawings. * Review and correction of drawings according to feedback from the technical team. * Organization and version control of digital files. Requirements * Technical or professional education in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum \[1–3] years’ experience in architectural drafting. * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD. * Knowledge of construction criteria and ability to read structural and installation drawings. * Attention to detail and high technical precision. * Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines. Desirable * Proficiency in SketchUp. * Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects. * Familiarity with local construction regulations.
