WHAT’S IN YOUR LUGGAGE? * 3–5 years of experience in the housekeeping department. * Organization, methodicalness, leadership ability, attention to detail, thoroughness. * Specialized training in housekeeping cleaning. * Vocational training or equivalent. * English proficiency is an advantage. WHAT WILL YOUR WORK INVOLVE? * Inspect all check-out and occupied rooms. * Plan housekeeping department tasks using the control sheet. * Manage laundry and linen inventory. * Record any incidents found in rooms and communicate them effectively to maintenance and front office teams for timely resolution. * Verify room shelf stock with reception. * Train new cleaning staff. * Supervise general hotel cleaning, including all public areas. * Keep staff motivated and provide verbal and written recognition. * Handle guest complaints or incidents related to cleaning services—investigate, resolve, and follow up on issues such as cleanliness, missing amenities, or poor room condition.
